Access County Community Support Services (ACCESS) receives its primary funding from Federal, Provincial, and City government sources. As a result, ACCESS seeks financial support to sustain its mission of supporting and strengthening the communities of Essex County residents. The generosity of donors provides for the services and programs that we offer in Kingsville, Leamington, Harrow and all across the County. donation Gifts of cash can be designated to one of our specific programs, or they can be unrestricted. Donations without restrictions allow ACCESS to respond to the most urgent needs of our clients at that time.
