It is hard not know that affordable housing is nearly impossible to find. It seems that as soon as a unit becomes available it is snapped up before you even have a chance to look at it. At ACCESS we predicted this problem nearly 15 years ago and we decided to do something about it. In cooperation with the Federal, Provincial governments and the City of Windsor we purchased a 13 unit apartment building in Leamington and from it we run COAHP (Canada / Ontario Affordable Hosing Program). What this means is we have affordable units in downtown Leamington.
